Des Moines, Iowa - An influential professor at an Iowa-based Community College is orchestrating death threats and actionable calls to violence on social media, the Justice Report can confirm.
Thanks to a credible tip, counter-extremist researchers were able to confidently name 42-year-old Shea Newell Parsons as the proud "antifascist" behind "Such_Active_4091," an anonymous Reddit account that regularly airs unhinged threats and inappropriate comments, particularly towards right-wingers and Christians.
Parsons, a Professor and chairperson for the Diesel Technology program at Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), has used the 3-year-old Such_active_4091 account to target his political opposition with violent threats, whom he considers, "Nazis," "bootlickers," and "MAGATs." In some cases, he has urged others to dox and even kill his political opposition, once referring to dead right-wingers as "good nazis."
"You might say that unaliving nazis is a strong part of my family's cultural heritage. You know how these 'patriots' LOVE heritage. Next time they come around, maybe they'd like to help me keep the tradition alive," he said on Reddit's /r/desmoines, pasting the same threat to multiple posts on Sunday.
"Freedom of speech does not guarantee freedom from consequences...Where I draw the line is when they try and play the victim when someone teaches them a lesson in manners. FAFO." he boasted on Reddit's /r/bumperstickers in December. "My grandfather taught me that nazis should be dealt with- a concept that was pretty universally accepted until very recently in this country."
Professor Parsons has also used Reddit to air his desire for a war of political terrorism against his perceived enemies. According to a post made as early as January 22nd, he opined it would take a "lot of money" to buy his country "back from Russia" and for him to "take out the trash" without any legal consequences.
"Sure, I'd like to pay off my house and get a new car, but I'd need A LOT of money to fix what I want to fix. Like, enough money to buy our country back from Russia and still have enough left over to be immune in the eyes of the law so I could "take out the trash" without suffering any legal consequences...But yeah, I'll take whatever you got," he said.
In a separate post discussing an overpass demonstration conducted by a right wing activist group, Parsons wished for their deaths, commenting, "That bridge needs a snow plow." In another, he instructs Reddit users on creating effective weapons out of a children's baseball bat. He also comments on his willingness to firebomb a car if it contained bumper stickers he disagreed with.
The motivations that fuel these violent tendencies against so-called "racists" are not a secret. According to a post made on February 4th, Parsons confessed, "I'm on the left. I'm anti facist [sic]. I'm furious about what these traiters [sic] are doing to our country."
Since the election of the corporate Zionist, Donald Trump, Parson's unhinged rhetoric has only intensified. In 2025, he likened the 77 million American voters who showed up to support the most "pro-Jewish President" in history as "traiters[sic]" to the United States who should be "handled" for their illiberalism.
"These are not just my opinions. These are facts. Anyone who disagrees with this is wrong, either because they are ignorant or because they are evil," he said, spamming the same message to over twenty different Reddit boards in 2025. "The time for being polite is over (I'm looking at you- Democratic Party). If someone is on team MAGAt, they need to be stopped. Hold these people accountable. Make them answer for their crimes against our country."
"Stop expecting (conservatives) to follow the rules or any norms of society or politics. They are bad people willing to do whatever is necessary, whatever the cost to get what they want, even if it means the destruction of the United States of America. Take our country back from these crazy idiots before it's too late! Come at me MAGAts," he continued.
Despite his extreme hatred of Conservatives and "racists," Parsons is currently raising a family in 64% White Des Moines Iowa, a state now considered a ruby-red stronghold of American conservatism. Although Parsons would go on to say he views his neighbors as "too stupid to live" and worthy of scorn, Iowans overwhelmingly chose Donald Trump as their President, whose victory produced the widest point margin since 1972.
"I live in a red state, I've been surrounded by these assholes my whole life. I plan to block and obstruct any and every policy or action that I'm able to effect. When they start deporting people- I'll be in the way. When they open tip lines to rat on your neighbors, I'll report the local MAGAts. I'm on the left, but I am armed and ready..." he said.
Like many 'Antifa,' Parsons—a father of three—is obsessed with "doxing" and can be witnessed demanding the names of young White kids who performed a "Roman salute" as an edgy joke, adding that they should be "monitored" by fellow "Antifa." In another post made to Reddit's /r/Punk, Parsons also requested the residential address of a Christian faith leader for doing the same.
In a thread discussing Republican Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, Parsons—evoking United Healthcare CEO murder suspect Luiji Mangione—urged fellow progressives to "Deny, Defend, Depose" and "become ungovernable." Parsons also admits that the solution to America's rebuke of the Democratic party is to embrace an "accelerationist" approach to left-wing extremism and let the country burn.
"...I live in the US, voted for Harris. I fear the only way to wake the rest of these morons up will be to make it hurt- the faster, the better. Shut us down. I'd rather deal with that than the horrors that are coming otherwise," he said.
Des Moines Area Community College, where Parsons has worked for roughly ten years, is one of the top-rated two-year academic institutions in the United States. DMACC's vision statement asserts that it "embraces the differences of individuals, champions mutual respect, and provides enriching environments for growth and understanding."
As an educator, Parsons is expected to attain certain "standards of excellence, ethics, and professionalism" according to a summary of the school's core values.
At the time of press, the staunchly "antifascist" Parsons has starred in promotional videos for DMACC's highly lauded Ankeny Transportation Institute and diesel technology program, all of which appear on YouTube. As an educator, Parsons is said to mentor roughly 100 mechanic students a year and is cited as the program's chair.
It is currently unknown if and when DMACC's administrative board plans to address the violent, inappropriate commentary coming from a key staff member. This story is developing, and the Justice Report will continue to provide updates as they become available.
'American Idiot'
Counter-extremism researchers with the Justice Report were able to confirm Shea Newell Parsons as the man behind the Such_Active_4091 account by following a long list of personally identifiable information he had willfully submitted online.
By scrawling through posts made by Such_Active_4091, researchers could connect the dots and confirm his name, career, area of expertise, place of employment, location, and several intimate details he shared about his family with strangers on the internet.
Windows into Parson's early life can also be found on social media. In high school, he claims he was a bookish "nerdy" outcast who once dressed up like a bomber at his local high school. He claims this was to scare his principal in the tragic days following the now-infamous Columbine High School shooting in 1999.
In his formative years, Parsons admitted he was once a "young Republican" before meeting his now-wife in St. Louis and moving back to Des Moines. Since then, he has worked as a diesel tech professor at DMACC for nearly ten years and serves as chair of the valuable program.
Alarmingly, Parsons confirmed via Reddit that he has used his position to cultivate intimate connections with local employers. He has even worked on hiring committees for the Diesel repair and trucking business, effectively allowing him to gateway positions in this growing and lucrative field.
The implications of trusting a militant extremist with the keys to America's busiest and most profitable industries are concerning and come at a time when freight volume is expected to soar across the country throughout 2025.
"I've been on hiring committees and I work with a bunch of employers in the industry. You don't need to dress up, but you need to look put together. Get a haircut, shave, take a shower," said Parsons in a Reddit post to /r/Dieseltechs dated December 1st 2024.
Like many militant 'Antifa," Parsons appears to be heavily involved in the hardcore punk music scene, citing Green Day, Black Flag, Rancid, and other bands as influential muses. He is also a rabid atheist, appearing to exclusively attack Christians for their faith, and often mocks them by "hailing satan" or opining about the Bible and the anti-Christ.
"Shame won't work. They have no shame. You would have to possess the smallest amount of self reflection to feel shame. They don't have that- their brains have been turned off. They just double down on whatever their cult leaders tell them to feel. They are mindless sheep, bought and paid for by Putin through Facebook," he said of his political opposition on February 20th.
A nondiscrimination statement on DMACC's website states that the school "shall not engage in nor allow discrimination" against many protected groups, including religion. The school encourages those who believe they have been discriminated against because of their Christian faith by any member of staff to file a complaint.
Shea Newell Parsons is the latest in a growing list of individuals who have used Reddit to transmit death threats and other violent screeds in the wake of the 2024 Presidential elections. His outing as an unhinged internet commentator obsessed with electoral politics tracks alongside dozens of similar incidents, which pit members of a deflated left wing against a society they believe is sliding into "fascism."
Just this month, counter-extremist researchers identified 39-year-old Mason David Luxenberg as the "bloodthirsty" Redditor behind numerous calls for the assassination of Elon Musk, President Donald Trump, and other so-called “nazis.” Luxenberg—who is Jewish—was an IT administrator for a local middle school in West Jordan, Utah.
In January, Ryan "Riley Jane" English—who is Trans—was arrested near the U.S. capitol for what police say was an elaborate plan to kill members of the Trump administration, as well as firebomb the conservative think tank, the Heritage Foundation. The attack was allegedly penned after furious leftists consumed a wave of online disinformation about the often sensationalized "Project 2025."
